It is very helpful in building of health and also it is safe for both mother and baby, and it tastes great too! Adding a bit of honey provides extra energy. Pregnant women should be very careful while choosing teas to drink during pregnancy. We suggest starting with a basic black or green tea and adding honey, sugar, lemon or orange rind, cinnamon, cloves to spice it up a little.
